This update is designed to streamline communication, boost security, and ensure that the right people always get the updates they need—without extra hassle.

Why This Matters

  • No More Shared Logins: Now, you can keep your staff in the loop without sharing your account credentials. Each team member receives the necessary notifications directly, maintaining both security and privacy.

  • Eliminate Manual Forwarding: Say goodbye to delays and extra steps. With multiple notification emails, updates are sent automatically to everyone who needs them—no more forwarding messages or relying on shared inboxes.

  • Support for Team-Based Workflows: Whether you have a small team or a large practice, this feature ensures that up to five additional staff members can stay informed, making collaboration smoother and more efficient.

 

How It Works

Setting up multiple notification emails is simple:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Go to Settings > Practice Details > Contact.

  2. Add Additional Emails: In the “Additional Notification Email” field, enter up to five supplementary email addresses, separated by commas. These must be different from your main notification email.

  3. Save Changes: That’s it! All listed addresses will now receive system-generated notifications.

This configuration ensures that important updates never slip through the cracks, improving visibility and reducing the chance of missed information.
