## **Multi-Currency Orders Made Simple**

Orders can now only be completed using a single currency.

When multiple currencies appear, the **“Select All”** option is disabled. Once an order in one currency (e.g., USD) is selected, all other orders in different currencies (e.g., EUR) are hidden until the current order is complete.

This update ensures every transaction uses the same currency, improving payment accuracy and simplifying order management.

## Streamlined Régénère Catalog for Easier Ordering

Product options have been updated to reduce confusion and create a more straightforward ordering process.

## Manage Recurring Lab Issue Emails With One Click

Providers can now mute repeat notifications for unresolved issues directly from the email.

Select **“Stop notifications about this issue for this order”** within the notification email to pause updates for that specific order. Alerts for new issues on other orders will continue to be sent by email.

## Simplified Team Management With New Invite Removal Controls

Practice admins now have improved control over team access. Pending invites can be re-sent or removed, and existing provider permissions can be managed directly in the **Members** section.

Patient email templates now include a reminder to return all non-blood kits together in one package using the return label provided with the test kit.

OT is now included in the credential dropdown on Signup and in Settings.

 

## **Pay Bill, Now One Click**

Outstanding balance alerts now include a **Pay Bill** button across Patients, Profile, and Sample Timeline.

**Why it matters:** Faster, clearer billing resolution.

 

## **New International Availability**

Gut Zoomer and Tickborne tests now ship to Ireland and Australia.

Import fees: Ireland +$50, Australia +$57.

 

## Bug Fixes

**Provider Portal**

- **FIXED:** Issue where the TNP notification email was not sent.
- **FIXED:** Issue where salivary hormone results were missing from reports.
- **FIXED:** Practice Name on the Settings page is not updating correctly.
- **FIXED: **Missing Service Date in the Updates table, causing misalignment between column content and titles.
- **FIXED: **Panel names for newly added custom panels are not displaying correctly.

**MyWellness**

- **FIXED:** Issue where the *Missing Address* problem was not resolved after patients entered their address on PNS.
- **FIXED: **Orders not loading after login.
