We heard your feedback and updated the Updates section of your dashboard. Staying organized should be simple. Now it’s easier than ever to keep track of orders, reports, and activity in one view.
 

A Simpler Way to Manage Orders and Updates

The Updates section, the first thing you see when you log in to the Provider Portal, now features a cleaner layout with streamlined tabs, enhanced filters, and more precise order tracking. It’s now easier to find information and stay up to date on patient orders. 
 
The redesign helps you and your staff stay organized, track progress, resolve issues, and access reports with ease.  The new Archive feature lets you clear completed items, revisit them anytime, and keep your dashboard focused on what matters now.
 

What’s New

Streamlined Tabs
The page is now organized into four clear sections:
  • Issues: Updates related to billing, shipping, or missing information that need attention.
  • Reports: Updates showing new or amended reports ready to view or download.
  • Operations: Updates related to order tracking, sample processing, or shipping status.
  • Archived: Updates moved out of your active workflow. Archive them to declutter your dashboard and review them anytime.
Smarter Filters

Smarter filters make it easier to find what matters — including new provider filters for practice admins and faster sorting by issue type.

 
The redesigned Updates section provides you and your staff with a simple, more intuitive workspace that streamlines daily tasks, simplifies follow-ups, and ensures operations run smoothly.
