Under Settings > Practice Details > Contact, users can configure an “Additional Notification Email” field to include up to 5 supplementary email addresses, separated by commas. These addresses must be different from the main notification email. This configuration ensures multiple team members receive system-generated notifications, improving visibility and reducing the chance of missed updates.

Get Faster Answers in the Help Center With New AI

Support AI Illustration

A new AI assistant is now embedded in the Help Center search experience. When users enter a question, the assistant scans all available support articles and returns a summarized answer based on the most relevant content. This feature improves accuracy, minimizes manual searching, and helps users get faster, more precise answers drawn from multiple sources in the knowledge base.

Complete Patient Questionnaires During the Visit

Some of our lab tests require a patient questionnaire to support accurate interpretation, personalized reference ranges, and tailored report comments. Providers can now complete the questionnaire with the patient during the visit, directly from the order confirmation page. If not completed in-session, it will be automatically sent to the patient by email or in MyWellness, as usual.

Mandatory Phone Numbers for International Orders

To improve communication with international patients and reduce follow-up workload for our support teams, we’re updating the phone number requirement during order placement.
Starting June 9, 2025, if an order uses the “Ship to Patient” delivery method and the patient’s address is outside the U.S. or Canada, the phone number field will become required. If left blank, the system will highlight the field and prompt the user to enter a valid number before proceeding with checkout.
