Schedule a Meeting with Your Vibrant Rep in Seconds

We understand that schedules are tight, and going back and forth via email can slow things down. That’s why the Vibrant Provider Portal now includes a faster way to connect with your sales representative. Now you can schedule time with sales right from the Schedule Meeting section—just like you do for clinical consults.

How It Works

This feature is located on your Provider Portal Home Page under Schedule Meeting.

Click “Schedule a Meeting with Sales”, select a time from your rep’s available calendar, and submit. You will get a confirmation email with the meeting link.
