Role Description

We are looking for a Senior UI and motion Designer to lead the development of a scalable design system and create engaging, user-centered experiences through motion storytelling and interactive design. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in building company-level design systems, implementing motion design techniques, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.

• Applying design principles and aesthetics throughout the creative development process to produce motion graphics for various digital media platforms.

• Supporting design and animation of external and internal communications by updating existing projects, developing iterative concepts, and versioning final tactic output to meet specific platform needs.

• Maintaining the highest level of design and brand consistency across motion graphics projects.

• Working with team members within and outside of Brand Design to provide solutions that align with strategy and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Design and prototype interactive experiences that engage users through thoughtful motion and intuitive UI patterns.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of interactive and animated elements.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, motion design techniques, and best practices to enhance digital experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, motion/animation or related fields.

• Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, or other design tools for UI/UX design and prototyping.

• Experience with motion storytelling using CSS animations, Lottie, Rive, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles, web accessibility, and front-end implementation best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with HubSpot CMS or similar platforms.

• 3D and motion design skills, AIGC skills are a plus.
