The Resources section on your Provider Portal Home page has been updated for quicker access to key tools. These improvements save time, support your workflow, and make it easier to find what you need directly in the portal.

Test Price Calculator 

You can now access the Test Price Calculator directly from the Home page of your Provider Portal. This eliminates the need to navigate through the Tool Center or Order Menu, making it faster to check pricing while placing orders, planning care, or discussing costs with patients. With real-time pricing at your fingertips, you can stay focused on care while keeping costs clear and transparent.

Published Research

The Articles section is now called Published Research and connects you directly to our peer-reviewed studies for an evidence-based foundation to guide testing decisions and patient discussions. Our Vibrant Wellness Blog is still available on our website, where you can find thought leadership, practice insights, and wellness topics. You can keep it handy by bookmarking the page in your browser, or access it anytime through the full Resource Center from the left ribbon in your portal.

Help Center

The Help Center now opens the full Resource Center directly in the portal, giving you immediate access to walkthroughs, video tutorials, and FAQs. You can also search a question to scan all Vibrant resources and help articles without leaving the portal. Whether you’re exploring a new feature or troubleshooting an issue, support is built into your workflow so you can get answers quickly and continue without delays.

Education Center

The Education Center now includes the Vibrant Academy, where you can access full self-paced courses designed for test mastery. You’ll still find on-demand webinars, training materials, and learning resources to support your professional growth, with even more opportunities to deepen your knowledge and build confidence in using Vibrant tests.
