The All New Vibrant Chrome Extension: Track, order, and access results where you work [BETA]

The Vibrant Chrome Extension allows providers to place Vibrant orders directly from within their EHR, without a full integration. The extension currently supports Practice Better and Cerbo. Providers using other EHRs can submit EHR support requests through the Give Feedback section of the Tool Center.

The extension operates in two modes:

  • Standard Website Setup(easy): Automatically captures the patient’s first name, last name, and email from the EHR. The patient then receives an email to the MyWellness Portal, where they can complete demographics, make a payment, access collection instructions, and track their kit.

  • Advanced API Setup(advanced): Enables providers to securely connect their EHR by entering an API key, allowing the extension to automatically pass the patient’s name, email, address, and gender into the Vibrant Wellness Portal so patients do not need to re-enter information.

Both modes let providers place orders, select payment methods, track order status, and download reports seamlessly.

The Vibrant Chrome Extension is currently in beta, allowing providers to test new functionality and share feedback that directly shapes product improvements and future development.

 

New Bespoke Report Builder: Reports That Reflect You, and Resonate With Your Patients.

Bespoke Report Builder provides a unified reporting framework that consolidates all report generation into a single configurable tool. Providers can define defaults for recommendations—including supplements, pharmaceuticals, lifestyle, and diet—as well as for report style, order, and layout. These settings are saved at the provider level and applied automatically, ensuring consistency and reducing the need for repetitive adjustments. The interface simplifies report generation by eliminating multiple entry points and replacing them with a streamlined, specialty-agnostic design that supports scalability and precision in reporting.
Now available exclusively with the new Cardio Zoomer and Cardio Genetics tests. More tests coming soon.

The Vibrant Community is an interactive platform designed to support clinical collaboration, peer learning, and professional growth. It includes dedicated spaces for case discussions, research sharing, and clinical Q&A with key opinion leaders. Greater Flexibility When Applying Credits

At checkout, users can select the amount of credit to apply toward their order. Rather than using the full balance, they can enter a specific amount, keeping the rest available for future use. Credit application aligns with the selected payout method, offering flexible and precise payment control.
 
 

Get the Best Deal with Smarter Coupon and Bundle Handling

The updated checkout system introduces a new pop-up message to guide users when bundle pricing and promotion codes overlap. When a promo code is compatible with an active bundle, it is applied automatically. If a conflict exists, the system presents two options: continue with the bundle price or apply the promo code with the bundle removed. This functionality provides transparency in discount logic, prevents invalid combinations, and allows providers to select the most appropriate pricing option before completing checkout.
 
 

Streamlined Test Listings for Easier Pricing Control

To streamline pricing management in eZ-Bill, At-Home Test entries in the pricing table have been consolidated. Previously, tests with multiple collection methods, such as blood draw and at-home DBS, were displayed as separate entries, each with its own markup and revenue settings, despite having the same wholesale price. With this update, duplicate entries are merged so that each test displays a single revenue setting, improving clarity and efficiency in managing test pricing.
 
*The only exception is Tickborne Complete 1.0 and 2.0, which continue to appear as separate entries.
 
 

Smarter Alerts for Missing DOB Information

Order handling has been updated to address missing or incomplete date of birth (DOB) information during checkout. Two validation modals have been introduced to ensure accurate data entry and compliance:
  • Missing DOB Modal: If a patient record does not include a DOB, a warning modal requires entry of a valid DOB before the order can proceed.
  • Provider Consent Modal: If the entered DOB indicates the patient is under 18, a consent modal displays. This modal explains reference ranges and outlines provider responsibility. Providers must confirm consent to continue the order process.
These updates help maintain accurate patient information and ensure proper handling of orders.

 

MyWellness

Empower Patients with Direct Access Through MyWellness Log In

The MyWellness platform now supports Patient Accounts for direct login. Previously, patients accessed results through guest login, requiring the use of an email link or manual entry of the accession ID. With Patient Accounts, patients can create credentials using their email and password to log in directly. A Forgot Password function is included to allow secure credential reset.
 
 

Easier Practice Admin Setup

The Practice Admin Account Setup process has been updated to make onboarding simpler for providers. Invited Practice Admins no longer need to complete the “Enter NPI” step. This streamlines the signup process, reduces unnecessary steps, and allows Practice Admins to begin managing their practice more quickly without additional setup requirements.

We’ve resolved key issues to improve functionality and stability:
  • FIXED: Side button behavior on specific pages for the Chrome Extension.
  • FIXED: Server error occurring on the Patient Profile page.
  • FIXED: Disordered data in exported statement rows on the Statements page.
  • FIXED: 2FA/MFA mobile not receiving the text sendVerify2FASetUpContactInfo.
  • FIXED: Cards saved under Stax being routed to Stripe checkout due to GB address.
  • FIXED: Report-ready notification emails not being sent for several orders.
  • FIXED: “Patient Not Found” error message on MyWellness production.
  • FIXED: Internal error on MyWellness staging.

MyWellness

  • FIXED: Patients unable to scroll to the “Log In” button on the mobile portal login page.
  • FIXED: Payment issues preventing patients from completing transactions on PNS.
  • FIXED: Patients unable to create new accounts in MyWellness production.
