Stay in Control of Patient Communication with Support Permissions

Some providers prefer to handle patient communication directly, without involving Vibrant Support in test-related updates. The Vibrant Provider Portal now offers a setting designed to support that preference.

With the Restrict Support from Disclosing Order Information to Patients setting, your clinic can redirect inquiries about orders, TNP issues, or report statuses to your team. Vibrant Support will no longer respond to these questions directly, preserving your workflow and clinical protocols.

This setting gives you greater oversight and ensures that the messaging to your patients aligns with your practice's philosophy and approach to care.

How It Works

  • Navigate to Settings → General Preferences → Patient Section.
  • Toggle on: Restrict Support from Disclosing Order Information to Patients.
  • Save your changes to activate the setting immediately.

Once enabled, Vibrant Support will redirect all test-related inquiries to your clinic for follow-up, without directly responding to patients.
