July 2025 Technology Release Notes
Check out the new Vibrant Wellness Ordering Portal updates for July 2025.
Easily Schedule Meetings with Our Sales Team
It’s now easier to connect with Sales. Users can schedule a meeting with their assigned sales representative directly from the Home Page under the Schedule Meeting section, providing a faster and more convenient way to get support.
Gut Zoomer Family Discount
Patients ordering the Gut Zoomer test can receive 20% off when adding a family member who lives at the same address. To qualify, all tests must be ordered and paid for at the same time, in a single transaction. The discount applies only to the added family member’s test—not the original patient’s. Each added patient will receive their own collection instructions and details via email.
Easier to View Patient Results
When the “Test Results are Ready” notification is enabled in Provider Notification Settings, the email now includes a direct link to the Test Report section of the patient’s profile for faster access to results.
New Optional Gut Zoomer Questionnaire
The Gut Zoomer Questionnaire is optional and can be used to support clinical decision-making by providing additional context that may enhance reference ranges and report findings. If the questionnaire is not completed, results will be processed and reported as usual.
Easily Resend Patient Questionnaires
When a missing questionnaire issue flag is present on the Patients page, users can now click Resend Questionnaire directly from the shortcut without opening the full patient profile. This update makes it easier to resend required questionnaires and keep care moving forward.
Updated Lab Processing Fees
To reduce confusion, the lab processing fee field has been removed from Settings, as it was not editable.
Processing fee information will now appear as an informational hover when applicable on the Order page. Lab orders have a minimum charge of $225. If the total cost of testing falls below this amount, a processing fee of up to $125 may apply. The final charge will reflect the total cost of testing plus the difference between the order total and $225.
For patients retesting on the same panel within 7 to 180 days of the original order, the minimum charge is reduced to $150.
Improved Payment Eligibility for International Orders
When a patient with a non-US based billing address selects Afterpay or Klarna as their payment method the “Proceed to Pay” button will be disabled and they will be shown this error message: "The Pay Later option is not available for the selected country. Please use a U.S. billing address or choose a different payment method.”
Vibrant Support Permission Update
The Restrict Support from Disclosing Order Information to Patients toggle is located in Settings → General Preferences → Patient Section. When enabled, Vibrant Support will redirect patient inquiries related to orders, TNP issues, or report statuses to the provider for follow-up, rather than responding directly. The toggle is off by default and can be enabled by providers who prefer to manage patient communication independently.
