An Easy Start to Personalized Peptide Skincare

The Core Care Starter Plan is designed for patients who may not be ready to begin with the full Régénere Complete Care Plan. It offers a simplified option that includes only the essential components, making it easier for patients to start treatment and build confidence before committing to the Complete Care Plan.

The plan includes a genetic test and a 20mL face serum. Patients can transition to the Complete Care Replenish at any time without ordering a Complete Care Starter Kit. Serum replenishments are available in both 20mL and 30mL sizes. Tooltips in the order menu provide clear details about each kit. Products that are not eligible will be automatically grayed out to avoid ordering duplicate genetic tests if one has already been ordered in another plan. 

 

Gut Zoomer Family Discount

Patients ordering the Gut Zoomer test can receive 20% off when adding a family member who lives at the same address. To qualify, all tests must be ordered and paid for at the same time, in a single transaction. The discount applies only to the added family member’s test—not the original patient’s. Each added patient will receive their own collection instructions and details via email.

Improved Well ProZ Order Summary Download

When the “Test Results are Ready” notification is enabled in Provider Notification Settings, the email now includes a direct link to the Test Report section of the patient’s profile for faster access to results.
 
 

Optimized Mobile Login Experience

The mobile signup and login pages now feature an optimized layout, ensuring proper scaling and formatting across devices. This update enhances accessibility and provides a consistent, user-friendly experience for users accessing the portal on mobile.

Essential Tools, All in One Place

The Resources section on the Provider Portal Home page has been updated to centralize key tools. Users can now easily access the in-portal Test Price Calculator, peer-reviewed publications in Published Research, and the Help Center for walkthroughs, videos, and FAQs. In addition to the Home page, the Resources tab on the left of any page also provides quick access to Vibrant resources.
 

Built-In Protection Against Duplicate Markers

The Order Page has been updated to avoid duplicate charges by disabling incompatible test selections. When a conflicting test is selected, the system deselects and grays out the conflicting option, preventing double-billing and streamlining the ordering workflow.
 
 
Temporary Order Restrictions For Ireland
We’ve recently experienced fulfillment issues in Ireland, so orders shipping there that include Gut Zoomer or Tickborne tests are temporarily unavailable while we work out solutions. These restrictions are similar to the NY restrictions and are meant to help prevent failed shipments.
 
 

Updates to International Currencies

The Provider Portal now displays prices in the local currency of the country where the account was set up. This makes it easier to see accurate and consistent costs when placing orders. Legacy accounts have been updated to use local currency for all new orders. Accounts created after this update will automatically use the local currency, and this setting cannot be changed in the portal. If a currency change is needed, please contact our support team.
 
 

Vibrant Support Permission Update

The Restrict Support from Disclosing Order Information to Patients toggle is located in Settings → General Preferences → Patient Section. When enabled, Vibrant Support will redirect patient inquiries related to orders, TNP issues, or report statuses to the provider for follow-up, rather than responding directly. The toggle is off by default and can be enabled by providers who prefer to manage patient communication independently.
 
 
Bug Fixes:

Provider Portal

  • FIXED: Patients continued to receive questionnaire emails after the related issue was resolved. 
  •  FIXED: Sample reports in the Education Center caused 500 errors.
  •  FIXED: Adjusting the time range filter on the Home Page did not update backend data correctly. 
  • FIXED: Clinical schedule booking extended beyond the allowed 15-day rolling window. 
  • FIXED: Users were unable to open the report. 
  • FIXED: FedEx pickup schedules could not be canceled. 
  • FIXED: Some kits were not being sent. 
  • FIXED: 404 errors occurred when accessing certain reports. 
  • FIXED: Patients continued receiving “Missing Sample” notification emails after their samples were received.

MyWellness

  • FIXED: Gut Zoomer test status was not updating correctly.
