SSA 52 kDa is a 52-kilodalton protein in the TRIM family (commonly called Ro52 or TRIM21). Biochemically, TRIM21 acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase and participates in intracellular antibody recognition, protein turnover, and regulation of interferon and inflammatory signaling.
