This Vibrant Wellness position is a fast-paced, dynamic clinical lab education consultant role for a Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Chiropractic, Doctoral Physician Assistant/Associate, Doctoral Nurse Practitioner, or Doctor of Clinical Nutrition. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree and have 5 or more years of integrative and functional medicine practice experience. Candidate must be a critical and flexible thinker with a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving biotechnology environment. This is a full-time remote work position offering educational consults to multidisciplinary healthcare providers for laboratory test interpretation. This is an educational position. NO DIRECT PATIENT CARE IS INVOLVED.
Position Responsibilities
- Clinical laboratory education across Vibrant Wellness expansive test menu
- Participate in educational initiatives to translate test-related technical and scientific health information appropriate for multi-disciplinary learners’ needs
- Use clinical practice guidelines, best available evidence, core theory, and practice experience to educate multidisciplinary healthcare providers on test-related patient health assessment, appropriate management modalities, therapeutic diets, dietary supplements, lifestyle medicine, and laboratory monitoring and evaluation
- Develop test-related educational resources in a variety of mediums, including written sample reports and interpretive guides and video trainings, webinars, podcasts, and social media platforms
- Engage and take direction from Clinical Lab Education Lead and Vibrant’s executive team
- Cross-team collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Lab, IT and Report Group
- Speak at and attend scientific conferences at which Vibrant is a host, sponsor, or exhibitor
- Maintain continuing education/credentialing by professional associations, statutory licensure, certification boards
- Adhere to and uphold all Federal and statutory compliance regulations, Vibrant’s Clinical Lab Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, and promote a Vibrant Wellness “culture of excellence”
Qualifications
- Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Chiropractic, Doctoral Physician Associate, Doctoral Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Clinical Nutrition
- State licensing in your home/residential state
- Multilingual applicants will be given first priority- particularly Spanish and French languages
- 5+ years’ experience in integrative and functional medicine clinical practice
- Advanced knowledge and skills in interpreting laboratory diagnostics
- Advanced certification in integrative and functional medicine (IFMCP preferred)
- Ability to accommodate MST/PST/international business hours as needed
- Lyme literacy, neurological health, nutrigenetics, and bioidentical hormones experience a plus
