We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for owning and driving the marketing strategy for our suite of testing products. The ideal candidate will develop and refine product messaging and positioning, create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and ensure effective sales enablement and provider training.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Development: Create and refine product messaging and positioning that distinctly differentiates our suite of testing products in the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop tools and resources that empower the sales team, including training programs and sales collateral.
Provider Engagement: Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare providers, ensuring they understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling website content, patient-facing materials, and promotional assets that articulate our product value propositions.
Collaboration & Team Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product strategies. Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and strategies.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with Vibrant Wellness’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare or biotech industry.
Proven experience in developing product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Experience with sales enablement and training.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and lab testing market is a plus.
