Role Description
This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role at Vibrant Wellness, located in the Mid Atlantic region and overseeing Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia . The Regional Sales Manager must reside in the Greater DC Metro area and will be responsible for achieving sales growth targets, identifying potential clients, building relationships, conducting product presentations, and closing deals. This is a remote role, with work from home and in the field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales growth targets in the Mid Atlantic region.
Identify and engage with potential clients, primarily medical practitioners in the integrative and functional medicine and proactive health space.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in HubSpot.
Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/ or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically integrative medicine, is preferred.
Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Medical sales background is a plus.
