Sales Manager – Suisse Romande & France (French Speaking)

The Role
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial minded Sales Manager to lead market development across Suisse Romande and parts of France. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build relationships, drive revenue, and take ownership of a territory from day one.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading business development to drive new client acquisition and expand regional brand visibility
- Executing a clear go-to-market strategy for Suisse Romande and France
- Building lasting relationships with practitioners in integrative, complementary, and longevity medicine
- Delivering product presentations, webinars, and in-clinic trainings
- Advising on local market needs and helping shape the regional test portfolio
- Representing Vibrant Wellness at conferences, events, and workshops
- Managing your pipeline and reporting via HubSpot CRM
- Collaborating with clinical, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales, business development, or territory growth—healthcare or diagnostics experience is a plus
- Native-level French and strong English communication skills, additional fluencies is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence presenting to clinicians
- Resides in Geneva or nearby with flexibility to travel regionally
- HubSpot or other CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Passion for health, science, or longevity/ integrative medicine is a strong advantage
